Digital Products

Given the nature of digital produtcs, all sales of digital products are final and no refunds are available once a sale has been completed. When you buy a digital product, you accept that you will not be able to obtain a refund or exchange the digital product purchased.

If you have any issues downloading or accessing the purchased digital product, please reach out to everkaizenmedia@gmail.com and we will gladly help you download or access your product.

Physical Products

Sales of physical products include a refund window of 30 days from the date the sale is completed. If you have any issues with your physical product, such as damage caused by shipping and handling, please reach out to everkaizenmedia@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
